A message by a senior in one of the groups reminded me of what Bhupi once said.....
If you want to be a leader,,,you have to be a miserable failure 3 times.
Its sad that i have always walked mid way between success and failure and therefore have never been a miserable failure neither a leader.
Just a thought.
Anyways. I am trying to revive my blog.
Strange , I began blogging before it caught on with the masses and was still nebulous.
Today, its a media in itself. maybe a change agent too...and at times even a forum where the indiviuals take on the corporates.....(gaurav sabnis), newspapers pushing their points ...Businesses realising that they not only need website but also blogs...
Industry sponsored blogs... and what not. Specifically...the outsourcing & Offshore IT services companies have taken over the blogs in a huge way.
Blogs are being discussed like never before. TOI carries a column everyday and so do the others.
So, its a rediscovery of the blog for me. though less appealing then it was two years ago when i first started.
Two years ago- blogs were what i used to stand & stare and ponder.......
Today the blogs are no longer your little cave where one can go stand & stare & ponder and look at things from a distance.
There inst a cave left now. the distance.
The need for a cave however.... continues
as Davies once said "what is life if, full of care,We have no time to stand and stare"
